A very pleasant professional visit. Dr McAlvany was pleasant informative and willing to listen. All that I could have asked for. I was not forced to wait long but while in exam room I noticed her residency was completed at the Mayo Clinic. Impressive.

I seen Dr. Mcalvany when she was practicing in Cookeville. She gave me the answers of what I had been dealing with for years. I have interstitial cystitis. I have now received the correct treatment for it. She had the best personality and was so comforting. I HIGHLY recommend her. Thank you Dr. Mcalvany

Almost 6 months of haphazard UTI diagnosis lab tests that were given then not sent to a lab for results or results were contaminated misdiagnosis and constantly being prescribed different prescriptions being charged for procedures that were not completed etc. After months of continued office visits and treatment for a UTI with McAlvany I decided to see a local family physician for a second opinion. He was able to cure the UTI within a couple weeks.

I love Dr Kelly McAlvany Would love to still use her as my urologist but I see this says Kingsport TN. That makes me sad Might be worth the trip though from Cookeville

I went to Dr. McAlvany a year ago this week with a history of kidney stones. I would get 7 or 8 stones a year. On December 30 2017 I had surgery to remove a large stone. After following Dr. McAlvany’s advice this week will mark a full year without a kidney stone. Thanks Dr. McAlvany for your help. Not sure if you will remember me but I have recommended you to everyone. Now I just need to figure out where you are practicing now. Thanks Lannie Vickers

I seen this dr for surgery for my kidney stones when my kidney was shutting down and I had infection all over my body. My regular family dr told me she saved my life. I hope I dont have no more stones but if I do I will go back to her.
