Did the Texas 2 step with treatment of my bradycardia. Had me make appt 4 3months May.Rreceptionist tells us he wont be here 4 he will be leaving. Never had the guts 2 tell us 2get a other dr or go elsewhere. Now have 2 scramble 2 find another doc.

I have been seeing Dr. Towne at Western Carolina Cardiology in Clyde for atrial fibrillation. It had been getting worse and I was worried about stroke or heart attack. Dr. Towne seemed very confident that it could be controlled and it has been through meds. The doctor is very approachable and seems to genuinely care about his patients. His nurse and the office staff are great. I have not had to wait more than 1520 minutes per visit.

This guy in my opinion should not be allowed to be a Cardiologist. My spouse had heart disease clogged heart arteries and this jerk kept putting stents in to pay for his vacation and in my opinion knew this was a temporary fix. After many stents he finally admitted my spouse needed bypass surgery. He walked in after our last stent and in a unemotional way said he was done with us. This piece of garbage didnt even refer us elsewhere he just walked out. I hate this doctor.

Dr. Towne is the best Cardiologist I have ever had. I need to know where he is going to be since he is leaving the East Tennessee Heart group. He is my doctor. I want him to continue taking care of me.
