I love Dr. Gambill. Messages sent through the portal aren't always answered in a timely manner. In January I was informed that a referral was sent to a pain specialist in Hendersonville. No one told me that clinic was not taking new patients. It only came to light 5 months later when I asked to have the referral followed up on. That's 5 months of pain not being addressed. Now I have to wait for an opening at a different clinic.

Everyone at Blue Ridge Health showed my family the greatest consideration when we came to them for vaccinations. My brother has multiple disabilities, including some cognitive issues, and the folks there were so understanding and helpful in easing his fears about getting a shot. During every part of the process, the staff explained everything with clarity and compassion. They answered our questions cheerfully. Dr. Gambill made us all feel safe and cared for as she prepared us ahead of our appointments, then after when she followed up to see how we were all doing. In a time when a lot of trips to the doctor can be confusing, scary, or even just dehumanizing, everybody at Blue Ridge Health made us feel welcomed and made sure we understood every aspect of our care. I wish all of my medical care could be as easy, detailed, and sympathetic as the care provided by Dr. Gambill and her amazing staff.
