Blue Ridge Health's Online Review Report Card

This is the third time my son and I have been here so if it changes in the next few visits I will update but so far Ive got to say Ive been pleasantly surprised given the previous reviews on this office. Maybe its new management or new people but everyone has been incredible patient non judgemental and very professional. My only complaint is it took a little while to get in touch with anyone to set up initial appointments but they were updating their phone systems so thats understandable. Personally I would highly recommend this office to anyone.

This was one of the worst dentists office I had ever gone to. The dentist is unproductive and has no idea what hes doing. I needed a root canal in my tooth and instead of doing it he did a filling and called it a day. Unclean and decrepit. Would not recommend anyone to here

It took 6 months to get them to make an appointment for sealants that they said my son needed 6 months ago. I called and left messages and 6 months later finally got an appointment. We arrived on time and they didnt call him back until well over 30 minutes after his appointment time. I had to pick up my other child from daycare by 345 so that was cutting it close. They came out and never told me they didnt finish the sealants. My son told me in the car I couldnt as always get them on the phone so I drove back to find out what was going on with the sealants they didnt do? They said one was sticky so they need to make sure he doesnt need a filling never said that when scheduling his cleaning before we left that day btw. I told them this wouldnt be a problem if in fact they had responded to my calls and given us an appointment 6 months earlier while I had called persistently in the last 6 months to get this appoinment. I told them I wanted the rest of the sealants and or the filling done at the next cleaning appointment which is in 2 weeks They wrote that in their notes and we will see if that happens. I will be changing dentists very soon

Constantly changing appointment times a few days before the appt. I ask off two months in advance and three times they have cancelled.once I say in the office for 45 min. Only for them to tell me that we will have to reschedule. Staff is very unprofessional.

Great for a cleaning but seriously that is it. You will get what you pay for.
