The office and all the people Dr Branch works with were very nice. He was very professional and answered all our questions. The only thing that I wish was different is that he was behind and it didn't seem like he could spend as much time with me as both of us wanted.

He is a genuinely great doc. Listens, explains things in terms you can understand in detail, not afraid to listen to questions and suggestions from the patient, doesn't jump to a conclusion about you but really tries to search out the issue and has a great bedside manner! I can't say enough great things about him!

Had 4 bulging disks and a lot of pain. Wound up with C1 -T1 getting fused. Have less pain now. Thank you so much for the help.

Arrived 11:45 and sawDr Z and in 15 min I was diagnosed with pulled muscles in my back. I immediately thought to myself wrong because I just went thru 6 months of physical therapy to help with Sicataca ( seems to be gone ). I knew this pain was related. He said it was muscles. He was rite. Muscle relaxers have helped in 1 day. Thanks you so much.

I saw Sara Frye October 13th I was very disappointed in the way she handled my case very rude to me told me I didn't need to come back unless I wanna have surgery there's nothing else they can do for me. I had surgery in June reherniated 2 weeks later they had me to go get a mri to make sure so when they got the results they automatically ordered surgery without even talking to me about it. It really upset me so I have been fighting pain because it's not like before but because I don't want surgery is no reason for Sara Frye to be rude. She told me I didn't need to come back unless I was ready for surgery So she leaves the room and didn't tell me I was free to go which way to go nothing in fact I stepped out in the hall and seen her and branch in a affixed area and she and I made contact and I had to ask her was I free to go. What kind of doctor/physicians assistance is this??? For one patient are in pain why you going to add stress and mistreat them because they don't agree with what you want to do and make me have surgery?? Seems like it's all about the money here not your well being at all
