My son was referred to a pediatric physical therapist by his doctor even though he’s14, due to the fact they get treated differently between pediatrics and adult. This place will not take my son because he’s14, it is ridiculous. If he’s referred to a pediatric therapist then a pediatric physical therapy place should accept him.

They offer people jobs and once they quit there’s they try to say they never did. They say we will pay you sometime. Also your pay may not be tight be we can fix it. Who says that? The lack of communication starts with their Hr employees. Would not recommend using their services. They can’t even figure out how to get their employees paid correctly.

I just want to say how amazing Christian at the copperfield location is with my son. she's so patient, kind and very aware of her words and how she redirects him positively and she's been great with him!!! so happy we found this place and our OT.

Horrible place to work! They let me go for no reason! And trust me some of the employees talk to the clients like crap. I wish the board come in shut this place down. It’s dirty in there. The walls are filthy. There are always problems with the toilet. I have seen some employees eating some of their clients snacks. The manger barely can keep clients to stay! Cutting people hours& giving them to other clinic employees. This place is so on unorganized. I can go on and on!!!! If you know someone that tried to get a job here… tell them to go somewhere else!!! Trust me…this job isn’t worth it! And I know a handful employees that plan on quitting as well!!!

I waited until March to call, and they let me know they were still working on referral from December. Okay.. you’re behind? That’s fine. I get it. I have been playing phone tag with this office since then, letting them know that they need to call

My son’s pediatrician put in a referral at his one-year checkup for physical therapy back in February. I waited until March to call, and they let me know they were still working on referral from December. Okay.. you’re behind? That’s fine. I get it. I have been playing phone tag with this office since then, letting them know that they need to call my work number as I have no signal on my cell during business hours. They continued to call my cell. I made it a goal on my day off today to get in touch with them. They let me know this morning- 2 months after the referral- that they have no physical therapist available for my son. They couldn’t have left that on a voicemail? An email? When a one-year old needs physical therapy, they just fall even more behind the longer I’m on hold. This office has been completely unhelpful and a waste of my time. (Belmont location)

We haven’t even visited the location yet and already Shannon was so kind and helpful trying to navigate through this new process. One of the biggest things I appreciate is the knowledge she had and the fact that you reach out to my sons pediatrician for me, that is so incredibly helpful!
