Not only are they not fast, their employees aren't trained properly. We went with an appointment and my fiancé was told he'd be marked as "failed to appear" because he stepped outside to take a phone call (after watching multiple people do the same thing and waiting for 2 hours). If your service is going to be terrible at least have the common decency to inform people of your ridiculous policies and biased treatment beforehand.

“PA” don’t know what she’s doing, seem like she lacks a lot of terminology & wasn’t able to help me. Had to reach out to a doctor for help because she couldn’t find me a med that she could prescribe me since I was pregnant. Said she don’t feel comfortable doing certain things so I sat for 3 hours to tell me to go see a OBGYN. Why is it an urgent care if there is no doctor on hand to help!?

The doctors and staff are very nice and helpful, however the systems in place overall are severely lacking. If you're gonna wait I'd suggest waiting in the car if possible, chairs in the lobby are absurdly uncomfortable to the point sitting on the floor is a better option. Was also charged for a covid test from back in January when they were allegedly free, but this was charged retroactively after I came in for a work injury about 9 months later. EDIT: After trying to ask about them not using my insurance for any of my services my covid bill was sent to collections. My insurance said I had NO CLAIMS whatsoever from them. Make sure you triple check they actually process your insurance instead of charging you outright.
