Cold and coercive behaviour, impatient and careless treatment the patient! without feeling respect for the patient, without feeling the commitment to treat the patient. She seems to hate working at the Walking clinic!

Katie is an amazing doctor!! She is very knowledgeable , caring and compassionate about her job. She addresses medical concerns immediately and always listens to what you have to say without judgement. I have never had issues with the receptionist either. Alway answered when I called. This is hands down the best doctor I’ve ever cam in contact with!!

Dr. Roy is very good family doctor. Very attentive and she cares a lot, but it’s hard to get to the receptionist for either an appointment or else, otherwise very good.

I was extremely happy with Dr. Roy's communication and effectiveness. I went in to have a mole that had been removed and then started to grow back checked. She explained what was happening and then noticed some acne issues I was having. She was able to help me get my skin issues under control. I never feel rushed or confused when see in her.

Great doctor. Staff excellent. Sometimes hard to get a hold of the office - reason hours of availability. But in all very satisfied.

I was very disappointed after my second visit. The medication that was prescribe did not improve my skin at all. I asked how long will it take since I had been using this for medication six month. Dr. Roy's response left me feeling like my face will never clear.

Reading all these other reviews has made me feel better. I can NEVER get through when I call. No one EVER answers the phone. I have been trying to get ahold of Dr. Roy for weeks about something important and I can't seem to make the appointment. It's a bit ridiculous. On another note, Dr. Roy has improved greatly since she took over my old doctors practice. Im satisfied with her, just not the receptionist.
