I’m leaving 5 stars because of my current provider Amber Harper. She listens to you and advocates for your health as a provider should! The staff is friendly as well! There’s always a lady who makes appointments I forgot her name but she’s the sweetest and always finds way to accommodate to my schedule!

I didn't want to give a star but omg ill never go back i was there on time but because the man in front of us was taking so long they wouldn't see us thats not our fault I have never been treated so badly in my life

I received care from LFM when I took a job that didn't offer health insurance that I could afford. I started to experience health issues and chose LFM because of their sliding fee scale. I have received the BEST healthcare out there. The staff is EXTREMELY nice and the facility is so clean. Amber Harper was assigned as my provider and she is so patient and understanding. I know have health insurance through the State of NC which is considered the best out there and I refuse to change providers.Cons- the location is located in the Logan community which is considered a low-income community in Cabarrus County. The CON is NOT THE LOCATION BUT THE CONDITION OF THE FACILITY. If this healthcare center was run by a private provider they would have state of arts EVERYTHING! But because of the community that they serve we receive the bottom of the barrel equipment and facilities. A change must happen.

Dr. Amanda Haney and everyone over at Logan know their stuff, Im very pleased for the way they care for you and keep you feeling well and healthy. Think about all this pandemic time, these guys have been taking care of others like true heroes. Stop complaining and act right, if you dont like something you have the opportunity to express it the right way, complaining wont do a thing.

Go to the McGill office if you want to be treated with respect and get the right answers. My oldest son goes there and receive's great care. The office staff is knowledge and polite.The Logan office is horrible and doesn't know what their doing.

I had an abdominal ultrasound on a monday. I'm in pain as I've told them. I've left 3 phone messages and one email to ask for my results. It's now Saturday and I still know nothing and still in pain. This is where I have to go because I have no insurance. They dont care. Simple as that. They work for us. We pay their salaries. I will definitely be contacting the state with a complaint. I'm sure it wont be the first. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because they were nice.

The staff is Amazing. It's like going to see family. I've received the best of care in my years of going there. I've been a patient for 5 years never had a problem. Even when doctors changed same excellent service. My current provider is Amber Harper. She's so personable. She even called me on my birthday. That's the type of care you want. I recommend Logan to everyone. Come see and feel the Love.
