Dr Robinson was very impressive in his bedside manner initially. For such a young doctor, he displayed great concern for learning and knowing his patient. However, as time passed, he no longer focused on the patient, but he came across as simply moving cattle through the chute. He became condescending and even borderline belligerent in speaking with me, treating me childlike in a scolding. He denied in a later consultation what he had explained to me in great detail in an earlier one. The finale straw for me was when he completed my exam and then stopped me from leaving, as he wanted to correct me on "office policy procedures". As I advised him that I would not debate with him in an apparent difference of opinion, he continued arguing to the point that I literally walked out of the examination room to check out, with him continuing in attempt to make his point. He became very unprofessional and was very disrespectful to someone who could easily be the age of his father.

Dr. Robinson was very efficient and throughly knowledgeable concerning my optometry appointment. I highly recommend him and this friendly practice.

FYI Dr. Robinson is now in Concord, NC. Fifteen months ago, I had a crazy accident causing my right eye to burst open and fill with blood and I expected to be blind today. Four surgeries and excellent care from Drs. Robinson, Lark, Harper, and Baer at Cabarrus NC Eye Center saved my vision and I will be forever grateful. Dr. Robinson was so dedicated and generous with his time--staying late, volunteering to come in after hours to collaborate with other surgeons, calling my home to check up on me, and even giving me his cell phone number. The outlook was not good for a long time but all of these doctors patiently worked together and encouraged me over the year until, 2 months ago, Dr. Robinson was able to implant a special type of lens that restored my vision. Now I have ordered glasses that should bring me close to 20/20. So amazing! Dr. Robinson and his staff are kind and caring and extremely skillful. We are so lucky to have absolutely the best eye doctors here in Concord, NC .

I am a patient of Dr. Robinson.He has had outstanding training. He is a very talented surgeon. He is an excellent communicator. He always takes the time to be thorough in his evaluation. He is great at explaining clearly one's health issue in an understandable way. He cares!!!
