Surgeon and staff perfect. Great communication, surgical work and follow up care for my daughter's wisdom teeth and my 88 year old father's challenging issues. Very much unlike my husband's experience with a simple tooth extraction by Brown & Neuwirth's with very poor communication from staff (mean actually) and rough surgical treatment.

Went to 3 dentists, last one found the problem and referred me to Dr. Richardson to fix - said it would need an oral surgeon because of how complicated it was. I was scared out of my mind for the consult appointment, but he was very calm and very nice (so was the rest of his staff) and soon put me at ease. Made an appointment for the surgery, and again, I was terrified. He came in, put me at ease, 'talked' me through the whole thing, and everything was over with - painlessly and with me being totally calm - even before I realized he had STARTED doing the surgery. I didn't need anything more than over-the-counter medication for pain, and I only needed THAT for the first 18 hours or so. The next day he called me to check and see how I was feeling. Everyone was so nice and helpful. If I ever need to see an oral surgeon again, I would definitely want to go back to Dr. Richardson. He is fantastic!

I did a minor surgery at Dr. Richardson Conover office. It went smoothly and Dr. Richardson addressed all my questions and concerns. He also called and checked on me a few hours after the surgery. My experience was very positive and I highly recommend him. Staff working at that office are also very nice and professional.

Dr. Richardson is the best oral surgeon! My dentist told me I could trust that he would be understanding of my dental anxiety. In Mar of 2020 I had to have a back molar extracted, Dr Richardson walked me through everything, and made me feel very comfortable, he even called to check up on me. Today I had a tooth extracted and bone graft, I chose IV sedation again ,and he and his staff took very good care of me and were so very sweet to me. I will never go to any other oral surgeon, because Dr Richardson really cates for his patients and takes their anxiety seriously. And he called me again and said I could call his cell phone if I needed anything!

Just had 2 back teeth pulled. I requested Twilight sleep. He had a nurse and assistant there, very professional. I was awake but never felt it when teeth were pulled. My family doctor new of his reputation. I'm impressed with him and his staff.

I went and had 2 lower wisdom teeth removed and I regularly have some anxiety when it comes to dentistry from previous bad experiences. My consult was amazing, and the staff went into detail about everything and Dr. Richardson made me feel very comfortable about how the procedure would go. When I arrived to have my sx, Dr Richardson and the staff explained every step they were doing to me which made me so happy! Dr Richardson even went the extra mile to personally check on me later, which is the first time any doctor has ever done that for me. 5 stars and highly recommend!!!

Dr. Richardson was very helpful with my implants and he worked well with my dentist to develop a treatment plan for me. A long process from diagnosis to extraction to implants so important to have good dentist.

Wish I could go back in time and choose a different doctor. Felt truly neglected by Dr. R after surgery. Ended up having to seek help elsewhere. Let infection go and it made me very sick. Acted like I was just crazy. Other Dr was very surprised by how much pus came of my mouth. Explained the huge knot that was near jawbone forever.
