Always bring my kids to the express care when I can’t get into there regularly doctor and it’s a slight emergency ear ache uti etc. always so nice and quick and treat my daughter who has autism so nicely I appreciate Granville Primary Care so much.

Quick and easy check in no long wait before being seen by a medical professional. Very courteous and attentive and thorough I will definitely be going back to Express Care if I am in need. A most pleasurable experience.

The staff was polite but the time I waited on the physician in the examination room was well over 40 minutes. I was asked to take off my clothes and put on two gowns to get weighed in seriously? To ask a patient who is coming in for a DOT physical only to get undressed and put on a gown is not a good reason at all. It is wrong and a violation of privacy. My own personal Physician Office does not ask me to do so. And all the physician was concerned about was sleep apnea and high blood pressure which of course I dont have either of.
