Caromont Family Medicine - Dallas's Online Review Report Card

As a person who understands the extreme challenges in healthcare during these times as I also assist with caring for others, I have NEVER taken the time to post a review online for any business. I switched to this practice as my previous provider was no longer an option. This practice took 4 weeks to return my call to discuss lab results. The excuse was I should have access to the online portal. When did providers begin requesting patients to review and interpret lab results??? Prescriptions were not renewed timely and now on a Sunday I am without medications as this provider submitted for refills 4 weeks later after my visit. The pharmacy is unable to fill the order due to their lack of handling a situation over a month ago. If you care nothing about your care and managing disease processes this place will be fine for You, otherwise I would not recommend them. UPDATE: the providers called in the wrong prescription after multiple phone calls to correct this situation.

irritated to say the least, after switching here for my primary care doctor i had one visit before they sent a letter saying i wasn't able to be seen by them so not only did i get basically kicked out i haven't received a call with any results of the blood they took and the nurse was incredibly rude and unprofessional there running a shady business and do not care about your health! i honestly would advise you and your kids go somewhere that actually works on patients. id recommend going here if u need to humble yourself

Timothy was absolutely amazing. He had a great sense of humor which I appreciate as a patient. He was very thorough in my visit and walked me through many different types of treatments as well as medications for my visit. I have been to this location several times because of the customer service. Scott that supports the front desk has always been the best at customer service and is very friendly as you walk in the door. This location has the best staff. I would 100% recommend this Urgent Care to anyone.

Never go there they was very rude and disrespectful and basically called me fat

These people are rude and not helpful. They are more interested in giving you a list of all the things they can’t do for you instead of trying to find out what can be worked out for you. If I could have posted without stars I would have.

Best treatment ever. Entire staff is friendly, efficient, professional. I feel blessed to have this level of care. It is the real deal.

After spending the better part of 3 months, getting ready to switch my kids primary doctor to this location, I was informed that they could not be seen here. If there was a problem seeing them, the doctors had plenty of time to review the files and make a decision before I showed up with kids in tow, after registering them, after changing their Medicaid cards, etc. Now I have to jump through all these hoops again for a different doctor. The doctor didn’t even come out to explain his snap decision. He sent his NP to deliver the news. If you don’t like kids, say that upfront and don’t call yourself a family practice.

Hello Dr. Burgess, first of all I have to say we have been missing you terribly.I anticipate your coming back. I myself have been put through a great deal of stress and strain since you have been gone. I called the practice 3 weeks ago needing a refill on an ongoing med that my Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance in needing a prior authorization. for whatever reason I'm not being told keeps being kicked out through my great insurance. Lol .If you see this message Kenneth Burgess could you Please help me. 3 weeks without a med that I've been on for over 10 years is terrible. I have tried everything Possible to try and get this med or one that can replace it would be fine. Every time I call the practice I'm told it is going to take more days to get this problem fixed.I have yet to get my prescription or a med to replace it. You can contact me if need be on fb.
