Loved the doctors they were amazing . My car would not start after leaving the appointment , I asked for help and the male front desk clerk smirked as if it was a joke and refused to help. The woman at the desk kindly asked him to assist me so I appreciate her however this situation made me dislike that I even came here (There is even an emergency management service on site) . I will wait patiently for my friend to arrive .

This facility, the staff hired to run it, are bad. I could go on and on and use descriptive language and tone. These individuals lack compassion, empathy, sympathy, etc, to a level I'm unfamiliar with. I've NEVER seen anything like this in my lifetime and hope I don't again.I would like the number to whom this place reports to. And the number said entity then reports to and then their boss or governing entity. There will not be a chain of command. Wild animals are treated with more kindness and care than these individuals working here right now.

Warning!!!!!! They turned my four year old son away that has a high Fever and coughing. Then they trying to charge me $80 for him to be seen over the phone! My son has insurance that cover's everything! They deserve no star but I am going to have put one start. Turning a 4 years old away with a mask on and a high fever!! So if your child is coughing do not tell them or you will be turned down and out the door! If they was worried about COVID they could have gave him a test outside! Which my son don't have COVID he has a cold because he is just now starting!

I have had about 4 times I have utilized this urgent care and EVERY one has been spot on. Even though it is annoying not to be able to just walk in right now for a COVID test they have a system down pat and they are all on point. If you follow the protocol you will be satisfied with the service. Nikki that took my call was very professional and considerate and the lady that did my COVID swab was not rushed or rude. They all seem to CARE about people. So nice not to feel like you are just a number. Thank you!!!

Never go to caromont urgent care Dallas they are very slow in their services if you take online appointment they don’t care about time!!Worst urgent care in Gaston county!!

I've always had good experiences here until today. First, we called multiple times over the span of 2 hours and they never answered or returned our call. Then, when asking questions about Covid testing we could hear her/one of the ladies at the front desk in the background complaining about how annoying we were for asking questions. Front desk was very unpleasant and HIGHLY unprofessional.
