Have had a great experience with my doctor here. Very professional and if and its something thats out of her field of expertise shell disclose it. Nice and clean offices. Even the checkin lady is oneofakind

I saw Dr. Clay today for the first time and it was such a wonderful experience I really hate going to the doctor more than anything and was very nervous and anxious but she was so personable and so nice She took the time to answer all my questions regarding the new COVID vaccine and didn’t rush me like most doctors do. She also seemed to be very knowledgeable and seemed to have my best interests in mind. My husband is a patient of hers and now I am too Highly recommend 😊

Last year I would have given them a higher rate however my visit this week has shown how this practice has gone down hill. The staff fails to follow through with ordering medicines and making referrals. When brought to their attention they give a argumentative response . They respond unprofessionally . No one called with my appointment to have a test done however they claim they called and I was asleep.First I dont answer when Im asleep thats what voice mail is for. Second Im paying you for a service calling and arguing with me basically call me a liar. Is very unprofessional. Last but not least I asked for the test why would I blow it off. All in all Im regretty all the time that I took their side with unhappy patients.Have I wrongly supported this staff ?

Elizabeth HayesNP is amazing She is very professional knowledgeable... She has wonderful bedside manners and truly cares about her patients and well being. I have recommended her to several family members and friends have also transferred my family to this practice with her as our PCP. Also the staff are great they are very quick to get you scheduled even if you are a new patient. Also the wait time to get called back to be seen takes no time at all. I highly recommend this practice physicians and staff

Dr. Clay Elizabeth Hayes NP and their wonderful staff are the best They are a hidden gem in Denver this little corner of Lincoln County NC Thank you all for your kindness and patience😊

The doctor is very nice. Be prepared to pay more than you normally would anywhere else. I took my son twice for sick visits and our bill was Almost $500. A brief 15 minute visit with a strep test first visit and flu second visit.

Elizabeth Hayes NP is AMAZING I have always been super nervous switching physicians because you never know whether it’s the perfect mesh. Elizabeth the rest of the staff made me super comfortable addressed all my concerns were so incredibly friendly Elizabeth Hayes was very knowledgeable professional had great bed side manner She listened intently on my concerns addressed every single one of them making me feel super comfortable at ease A big issue with my last doctor was wait time as I would be waiting for at least 45 minutes to be seen be there a total of 2 hours each visit rest assured LNMG got me back just in time for me to finish my paperwork The nurse before seeing Elizabeth was just as sweet She did my bloodwork as well super gentle a super easy experience I would recommend this office to any and everyone So grateful to have found this office to be in such great hands

I have been going here for several years now. The entire staff is polite courteous and proficient. I see Dr Elizabeth Clay and she is awesome. Takes time to listen to you and provides good suggestions and cautions about ones health. I see and feel her genuine concern for myself and my well being. I am a senior person and she treats me with great respect and dignity while doctoring me in my age bracket. Also she takes no chances with your health if you are not responding to treatment she tries something else or readily sends you for another opinion andor test.I highly recommend this practice and have great faith in Dr Clay. If you or someone you know needs a new doctor I do suggest Dr. Clay and her staff. My sincere thanks and gratitude to Dr. Clay for being here for me and the Denver community.
