I cannot say enough good things about this office they have a 5 star rating for a reason. Office is super clean very friendly staff prompt service. I am always in and out and the staff is beyond accommodating. Breaking my foot while 38 weeks pregnant is a nightmare but Dr. Fletcher and the nurses have offered assistance beyond just the ortho care and I am forever grateful.

All the doctors I have seen at EmergeOrthDunn have been very informative about my diagnosis and a solution that suits my best needs. When I decided to have the surgery Dr Johnston explained from start to finish every little detail. She wants me to be prepared for and know what to expect. I really cant say that I have a favorite doctor I have seen three. They have all been very thorough and very professional. Would recommend EmergeOrthoDunn to anyone who needs them.

Everyone was amazing. It was nice to find a doctor that listened to me and didnt write off everything I said. The whole staff was so kind the rooms and waiting room where clean and that why I gave them 5 stars.

Dr Cook is a wonderful doctor he talks to you were you can understand what he is saying if not he will explain it very well he has a heart of gold. He is so very kind I tell everybody if you need a great bone doctor that Dr cook is the one to call because he is a great doctor. I am thankful for him he will do his best to help you. Also everyone in the office is very nice and kind I can’t say that about some of my other doctor’s offices but I can about them and Coats Medical clinic. Thank you all for your kindness.

Everyone at EmergeOrthoErwin are amazing I’ve had oneonone contact with everyone there at this point and it has always been inviting friendly and helpful Mr. Cook has always been openminded and provided feedback along with great resources to help me heal after many injuries. The PT staff has always been wonderful and the knowledge is superb

I was able to get in within 48 hours of referral I was treated kindly and promptly at my appointment and most importantly I felt like I received quality care by the PA Ashley Cook. I would totally recommend emerge ortho to anyone in Harnett County needing orthopedic care.

Just had my 2nd hip replacement at Emerge with Dr. Gilbert. The entire process was seamless and professional . Scheduling appointments hospital stay necessary equipment at home follow up and PT appointments all made in prompt fashion. Highly recommend.
