Ever since Ms Parker & amber has left the office I don't care to go back They clearly don't know what's wrong with my children every time I take my kids in to see Ms penny I have diagnosed my own kids an she tells me I am wrong when clearly I know I am right. My son is not on his ADHD meds bc I got sick of having to be told I don't know what I am talking about. I am now switching my children back to ABC pediatrics. I pray this office gains some knowledge in the future so the kids that are being seen by them are diagnosed for the right stuff an treated for the right sickness... Miss amber an miss Parker was the best an it's sad to see them go... Never had any issues till I noticed they have went to another facility. Iv been coming to the office since I was born, the workers here are the sweetest people you’ll meet they do their best to make sure your getting the best treatment/help possible.

The staff and provider are great. They are respectful and understanding when it comes to the needs of my child. I never a problem getting an appointment.

My son has been a patient here since he was born in early 2020! We absolutely love the staff here and never have any problems getting an appointment when we need it.

Providers never there. I don’t know how they run a pediatric office full time supposedly when it seems like no one is ever at work. This will be the third time I’ve called and been told no Dr.

I would suggest not going to Kidz Care in Dunn they will lie to you , speak to you very rudely and not only to you but to your children also! Not PROFESSIONAL AT ALL! then like everywhere else they wanna play cover up and take each other’s back like they didn’t say nothing …

yes love this place they are wonderful, the staff is loving and caring for your babies and always making sure your babies feel better before they go home no matter what this place is the best place to come to for your babies they even take 12 year olds and up thanks for everything yall do for my twins girls, they're are better then hospital, I say that because one of my twins had a high fever and Raeford Road Hospital Owen Drive Hospital in fayetteville could not find my baby problems but this place ❤ kidzcare ❤ found the problem for my child 💯 ❤ 🥰 🎖 🏅 🥇 🥈 🥉

My kids did go here and every time i try to call for appointments it takes me all day to get someone to answer the phone and than will they do answer I am always put on hold for more than 5 mins. I am switching their doctor immediately
