If you want someone who merely just picks your brain to onset frequent attacks this would be your place. That is about all they will do for you some actually have mental issues hence why they established care at the practice not to be told that its just a mind thing and simply figure it out on your own.

Best treatment I’ve ever received

After many months in the wrong place I will not mention I found great phyciatry and therapy with CAROLINA BEHAVIOR CAREDr Weed is very thorough genuinely cares for each patient. I would not want to go anywhere else.

This office is by far the best mental healthcare provider Ive found since being in North Carolina. 3 others previously. From the frontend staff to the office manager to the doctors all have been very helpful and caring and compassionate. In addition to that they have a pharmacy onsite that is probably the most accommodating pharmacies I have ever dealt with. Treating your mental health issues can be stressful and can cause anxiety. I feel this practice goes above and beyond to make sure your main focus is getting better.

Staff has been great very helpful and friendly. Dr. Weed and Signe have been wonderful.

I gave the practice a 4 a year or so ago. I am having so much trouble getting anyone to respond to refill issues. And the phone system Given 5 choices 2 of them give the response we have not received a valid response. Plus the last time I was there I waited 15 minutes before someone who knew how to enter insurance information came to the front desk. On a good day the front desk staff is barely civil. Old Review I like the medical staff and care I receive. Despite its strange and maddening phone system I drive all the way from Raleigh to Durham for the quality of care I receive there. I subtract one star because of the difficulty of reaching anyone there by their phone system no one is available at that extension whether trying to reach scheduling directory pharmacy perscription refills clinical trials etc.. I reached someone by pressing 2the provider linebut the woman who answered said it didnt matter because they all went to the same place

Dr. Barry Weed is amazing and will be for the time I am there. He’s polite he listens if you see any bad comments please that they are only giving there perspective and you have to go for yourself Most of the ones who say it’s a bad place are either still using sell there strips and then get mad when the doctor won’t dish out another round of medsI’m reading comments and I have to go back and make sure I’m in the right forum or are they taking about someone else 🤣 these ppl are bananas 🤦‍♀️I go in one time a month and I go about my way usually only takes 30mins MAX INCLUDING THE PHARMACY TRIP INVOLVED Thanks Dr Barry Weed you are the best man m

Staff here is unhelpful and they all seem to give you different sets of information. Not to mention I was seen without insurance one paid out of pocket no problem and then they refused to do it again. Providers seem to quit here quite often so you may see someone different every other visit. Plus visits are very short so be ready to give them a quick summary of your problems.Then they wouldnt see me because I lost my insurance and then wouldnt send a referral to a new physician because when my Rx ran out it had been too long since a visit to make a referral plus my provider quit. Thanks for not telling me this on the phone making me wait over a week and then find out from another facility that you wont do the referral.

I live my Dr Dr Valerie Holmes is awesome and the staff is great.

Theres very friendly and helpful and they really listen to you. I wish Burlington NC have a place like the in Durham NC
