My mother has been here for the past few months staff members are very rude every time I visit her she never has clean hair and it’s starting to fall out and is loaded with dandruff. Her things were hidden away in her “space” and they kept telling us it was being washed when it was not. I am not very happy with this place at all they are not giving her any type of therapy that she is supposed to be getting I’ve never once seen her out of that bed the entire time she has been there expect for a doctors appointment. The staff has lied to us multiple times about her getting the help she needs everytime her heart monitor needs to be checked they will not do it which has ended into me coming and doing it myself I feel like I’m taking care of her when the staff should be doing that Im surprised they haven’t been shut down yet

The staff and nurses are very courteous. The rooms are very neat and clean. I would recommend some type of sitting chair set or small recliners so that nonbedridden residents dont have to sit on their bed during the day to watch TV.Im happy with the level of care she has and is receiving.

Best place for my wonderful mom. If I cant be the one to take care of her Carver takes care of her like she was their mom ❤️

I just placed my mother at Carver last week and so far Im very happy with the care they have given.She sat up in bed and actually ate some French fries which was a first in quite a while. I saw her today and she was up in a chair dressed and smelled nice.Everyone has been very helpful during this difficult transition period.

I really enjoy Carver very loving and considerate staff of family members of the residence my aunt is 98 years old she is a very Godly loving lady she has been very happy since she came on board here at Carver staff is very considerate very happy and cheerful people when I come to visit my aunt at the facility everyone greet me with a smile and courteousnessThank you Carver Living Center for everything you do

I was not happy with the cleanliness of the patients room or the patient. There were wet clothes that smelled of urine on the bed. The staff was very friendly. Please clean this place up.
