I am calling to check on my mom today. And there is no answer in my mom's room or at the facility. Why? I am about to send the Police there to do a well check on my mom. I am worried now. Makes no sense neither phones is connecting. I hope that lazy staff O observed did not move my mom's phone from her reach. Checking on my mom I saw some things that waa not pleasing. I CAN tell no one with real authority was around.

It's sad I been going through this for a while it's a bad feeling when you want to hear from a love one and staff puts you on hold. At first they answer the phone politely they say sure hold and they literally mean hold for a long period of time. There are times they even hang up on me it's a dam shame you can't even speak to a love one on a special holiday like today.

This place need to be shut down place smell like pee the moment you walk in . All staff is rude and very unprofessional I will never work here again .

If your loved one has Alzhiemers stay away.Staff never knows how they get injured or where there personal items are.You put money in there account yet haircuts and shaves are rarely given.Where are security or nurses at night.Because injuries seem to happen then and some are serious and done by other patients.

Place is well organized, quiet, room seems cozy. Signing-in takes 2 minutes. You should remember to sign off when leaving. I have one complaint - I would change/remove the question pertaining to C19 "vaccination status" - this is a very private issue between me and my doctor only, it should not concern the facility at all. One star off for this intrusion into privacy. Other than that, no complaints!

Attention is given. The care given pleases my mother, her baths and after care are the highlight of her day. She is immobile but her pt occupation therapy is daily👏 bravo.Daily cleanest is 👍 great.All patients are greeted by name. It is the small things that count in care of alove one.
