I saw Dr Tcheung 6/9 to have one of two cysts removed and was scheduled to have the second cyst removed 6/23; however, because I wasn't going to be in town when the stitches had to come out, we (Dr. Tcheung, her nurse and myself) agreed to reschedule the second excision for August. Today, I get a call from her office stating they were canceling my appointment and that Dr. Tcheung refuses to remove the second cyst because...get this...because I rescheduled the surgery. And this is a full week AFTER she offered and agreed to reschedule it. I can't in good conscious give this practice or Dr. Tcheung a positive recommendation because good doctors don't abandon their patients over minor technicalities. Very disappointed with Dr. Tcheung. I can't say this loud enough...find a doctor you can trust who has YOUR best interest as their priority. Dr. Janet Tcheung has completely lost my confidence and is apparently too busy to be bothered by her patients needs.
