I had a heart CT on 1/27/23. Jennifer was my technician. She was friendly, professional and provided clear instructions about the procedure. She made the experience stress free. I would highly recommend Jennifer and NC Diagnostic to anyone who needs imaging testing.

I worked with Jennifer today, she was AMAZING! I am a hard stick and I didn’t even feel when she put in the IV.before I realize it we were all over and finished ;$ She was very informative, polite, gentle, and very sweet to work with ;) wish I could take her me when I need IVs or blood work Stay blessed up ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Excellent care at this facility has been provided to me for several years - both routine and specialized. The staff is friendly and informed and follow full covid and privacy protection procedures. In my most recent visit, the technical imaging process (mammogram) with Teresa was exceptionally easy and comfortable because of her professional yet friendly demeanor, patience, and kindness. I highly recommend this practice.

One of the worst customer service experiences that I have ever had. The woman at the front desk was very rude while I tried to explain my situation. Her response did not need to be said in such a nasty manner. She became nice all of a sudden when she tried to get me to reschedule because they were running behind (I’m guessing she did not want to stay past closing time). She was very rude when I talked to her on the phone prior to my appointment as well. I will not recommend this place to anyone and will ask my doctor to do the same. The ultrasound with Debbie was fine, but communications with the front office had ruined the visit from the start.

Scheduler(Jessica) was warm, friendly and easy to understand. Front desk staff was friendly and kind. The technician, Teresa, instantly put me at ease. Her voice was gentle and she had such kind eyes (we were masked)! She gave very specific directions, which I needed, but was also understanding when I positioned wrongly. Overall, a wonderful experience!
