This is by far one of the better practices in Durham. Dr. Mahmud is an excellent dentist, he provides all his patients with the best care . educates his patients and does high quality and efficient work!

I got three teeth pulled. I had a very polite and positive experience with everyone I encountered. I was mostly nervous because I didn't know what to expect while here but overall, I'm leaving knowing what all happened and well reassured. I think I was making my dentist nervous but I was in absolutely NO pain at all... I was just anxious. They understood my signals when I was just getting too anxious , other than that no pain during any of my procedure. Everyone is so nice and reassuring to make sure you're fine.

Dr. Mahmud is a great dentist who is truly passionate about his work. He takes the time to care for his patients and always makes sure they feel comfortable and happy with their results. He focuses on restoring smiles in a way that fits each patient’s needs and ensures the best results. Highly recommend!

I was content with this office for a while, and I'm really not one to leave nasty reviews but overtime I have grown very disappointed with this practice. I've spent months trying to get them to fax records to my new dentist -- I've called to followup, I've emailed the necesssary paper work and still nothing. Whoever is working reception is incredibly unhelpful and always sounds as though answering the phone to help patients is an inconvenience. After sending yet another request for these records to be sent to my new office, I recieved an email full of xray images with no patient identifiers to my personal email when the request plainly lists the new dental office as the recipient. My request also stated a need for the comprehensive medical record, but I only recieved imaging (once again, with no patient identifiers so I can't be sure they're even mine)...I also wanted to mention that I had a filling done here and I mentioned to the dentist that I wasn't completely numb and he drilled anyway. Should I have advocated for myself more? Probably. Did I expect the dentist to hear my concerns the first time I said something? Absolutely. When the filling was all said and done I was fine to just chalk it up to a one off because at least it was over, but given the poor customer service I've experienced in trying to get a simple records request completed, I figured I'd go ahead and share my other negative experience as well.

Dr Mahmoud Abdullah is an amazing dentist . He cares so much and treat his patients like family. I will always have him as my dentist . My kids love him

Friendly staff very clean place and a very good doctor. I would recommend Dr. Mahmud without any hesitation.

Very friendly staff and very professional. Each time I visited I was greeted by a very friendly and helpful staff member who prepared me for the work. Dr. Mahmud did very complicated work with no pain. The bridge he installed feels natural all the time and I am now enjoying meals to the fullest. My teeth never felt better.

Great people here, they make you feel comfortable and they get the job done right. Will definitely be back, thank you guys.

Friendly Dental 6807 Fayetteville Street, Suite 119, Durham NC Ali the Hygienist was a professional good at what she does she made sure I was comfortable the whole time. After the deep cleaning on one side she explained how I should continue to take care of my teeth.I was given nitro so I could be careful. Dr. Mahmud assured me that I will be fine. He told me what needed to be done. Julie/Charmaine that were at the front desk was very welcoming . If you are looking for a good Dentist/Staff good there in the Renaissance Mall.
