My mother goes there. she have been trying to get a refill on her BP pills with a Dr Veronica Acevedo since April 10 2021. Walgreen Pharmacy has sent several request for her refill on her behalf and still no reply from the Dr Acevedo or her staff. Her meds she should have daily two pills. The Pharmacy has given her a couple of days of emergency pills while he wait for the RX refill. here we are April 15 2021 still no reply. I even tried calling her at the clinic and that was a failure too. What or who should I speak to inorder to get my 81 year old mom her refill? This is absurd for a simple refill of BP pills to take so long... I can be reached at 984 2440974 Ms. Carter

I am so thankful to Ms. Caesar and the incredibly helpful and friendly at LCHC for helping receive the treatment I needed. When I was diagnosed with breast cancer and had no health insurance Ms. Caesar referred me to Project Access which partners with Duke and essentially saved my life.

hire more Afrcan Americans and poor folk. give back Lincoln to life long residents. sent outside to satellites. gave to others. Affordable instead of $$$$👍. need humans answering phones. more Drs unorganized.

They have only one medical doctor that even cares about their patients and hes retiring. Dr Eisenson is truly the best doctor Ive ever had a I hate to lose him. The rest of them could honestly care less if you die or not. You cant even get a message to them. You better hope you never have to deal with Erica. Shes NO help at all. I lost my younger brother last year that was a patient there and now they have lost my older brothers paperwork and are refusing to see him. Hes really sick but they dont care Good Luck if you ever have to go here. Youll need it

I love going to Lincoln all my kids go to Lincoln and I also go to Lincoln I dont have any problems with them when it come to my kids

This place is not even worth 1 star. The most unorganized office I have ever been to. I have never been somewhere that has screwed up so many appointments. They were not able to locate my insurance for my appointment so had to come back to see another provider which from my bill states he was out of network. They referred me to Rose Howell and it took me a month just to even get in contact with her. Once I scheduled time off work she cancels my appointment. I understand things come up but this back and forth is unacceptable I will no longer be coming to this office for any reason

I want to thank Astrid Princess Dr Destry and the coordinator who got in touch with Mr George and took me to the main site from the Main st clinic. Engle and Eddie Diane and pharmacist staff. The lady at window 1 . Mrs Gore Dr Gooding and the X Ray tech. Mirium Dental. And Mr George again for getting me home. You all knew i was not well and your kindness is most appreciated. Thank You all. Security staff for being friendly. I am feeling better already. Which is very good. My Clients are waiting .
