List of Nc Center For Physical Therapy's Reviews
Allison was great. We had a lot of work to do on my left arm and left leg due to overuse injuries and my body not being ready for what I have been asking it to do of late. Her guidance has helped a lot. I was coming in about every other week for several months. The Center, in general, was easy to get to and easy to work with, especially weeks when I had to jump around with the scheduling.
NCCPT is the best! I have been fortunate enough to work with Kyle, Abby, Hunter, and even the owner herself, Misty. I went in with chronic lower back pain almost two years ago and worked it out with Hunter. After two months of specific massages, targeted stretches, and his expert advice, I was able to free myself of any issues and resume normal activities plus get back to playing golf- very important! My latest issue this past summer involved some sciatic nerve issues and lumbar spine problems. I was a mess. I would literally be driving down the road and have to pull over to sneeze because of the pain. I was able to get great care from Abby, Misty, and mainly Kyle, who pulled me through to the finish. The stretches and massages really freed me up to do some basic home activities (like picking up leaves!) and then back to working on my golf game. This is a great place to get back in shape, and I absolutely put my trust in all of them. And another good thing was the low co-pay that I had using insurance. NCCPT is my go-to place for outstanding physical therapy!
Great Experience ! Efficient, friendly, and skilled! Thx Abby!!!
I had a wonderful experience at NC Center for PT. Kyle and Misty were the main therapists who worked with me, and they were both excellent. All staff were pleasant and knowledgeable, too.
I spent roughly six months with the team at the NC Center for Physical Therapy working on an ankle injury. The team is so kind, responsive, knowledgable, and truly invested in your success. Kyle in particular created a plan fully-customized to my needs and situation and I do not think I would have made the progress I made without them. Towards the end, we pivoted from recovery to prevention and the plan that Kyle and team shared is extremely sound. Could not recommend highly enough for injury recovery, prevention, or even strength building.
I cannot say enough good things about the entire staff at NCCPT. These people are really great to work with. Everyone is very professional and very caring. Kyle Edwards is simply the best. He developed a plan to help with my back pain and worked with me over 10 weeks to get the pain alleviated and regain strength. NCCPT is definitely the place to go to when you need physical therapy.
I went to the NC Center for PT for an injury that started while training for a marathon. Kyle and Hunter worked with me during my entire training process. Kyle helped me find a way to continue running while working through my injury. When the original injury subsided, a new one arose and Kyle helped me through that one too. I felt like they were truly invested in my recovery; there was a feature to track runners' progress during the marathon and Kyle tuned in (with my permission) to see how I was doing.
I recently suffered vertigo, spinning of my vision. It was very difficult. When I called the NC Center for Physical Therapy they were able to schedule an appointment the same day. Hunter Etheridge helped me so much. He said the vertigo was caused by crystals in the ear canal that had moved out of place. He did some maneuvers with my head and immediately the vertigo began to subside. He was gentle, really explained each step we had to take. He gave me home exercises to continue to heal. I highly recommend this Center and very friendly and helpful staff. THANK YOU HUNTER!!!!
Overall, I had a very favorable experience at the NCCPT facility. I was happy with the welcoming, competent, caring and responsive staff, and the facility atmosphere - HVAC comfort, cleanliness and background music, ample parking, and variety of equipment. Hunter Etheridge, Physical Therapist for me and a few other family members, was most competent and a pleasure to work. Hunter and NCCPT optimized my improvement subject to my own age and physical limitations, and set me on a plan for continued self-maintenance and improvement. We have achieved my goal of returning to the gym for a fairly aggressive strength-building regimen with confidence that I won't be causing joint damage.
I really enjoyed my experience at the NC Center for PT. I had been having difficulty with my balance for several months. Kyle Edwards was excellent - smart, knowledgeable, organized, friendly, knew his stuff. He kept track of my progress and didn't press me to do something I couldn't do. The Center was clean with easy access to everything I needed. The staff was highly professional right from the moment I entered. I would go back there in a heartbeat should the occasion call for it.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
