I secured Arosa for my aunt and I found them very unreliable. She required 7 days of care and one week the personal assistant only came 3 days. They couldnt find someoneto replace her. Miscommunication was also a major problem. Too many persons calling. Most personal assistants were pretty good especially Ms. C C Chapman who was excellent. Very disappointed in Arosa.
