Never return voice mails which results in missed medication management appointments which is pretty important since levels have to be checked and psych meds need to be taken regularly. I like my Dr Groce. Some of the staff need to be untrained or retrained. Now u find myself trying to find another doctor because I can't wait another 2 months for my visit. Plus, I requested epically records be sent to SSA a couple months ago- they have not received them & Medical Records doesn't return voice mails either.

I missed the call to confirm my appointment that took a month to get. Joanne Johnson said she would call me back the next morning but that I had to pay and confirm my appointment by noon at the latest. She never called back. I called her four times and left a message. She still never called back. I called the general number and complained and they said they couldn't take payment. What am I supposed to do?

Love the new dosing area. Have to say it smells better. Much better lighting. Staff has a positive outlook. Kudos southlight staff.

This place is a good place if you use it for the right reasons it is not very organized and there is a long wait. But about every place nowadays you got to wait to receive good in life it’s very hard to talk or get an appointment but other peoples experience might be different in mind everybody’s is different but if you’re using come in and it will change your life

This place is so corrupt and it's a sad excuse for a training facility. Our health is no concern only the money they get. If you can find somewhere else to go please avoid this hell hole.
