Dr Higgins seemed very disinterested in my concerns, and mumbled the diagnosis. He specifically told me to look it up online, and when I went to my patient portal - the assessment was blank after ample time. After looking on the Mayo website more about the condition for what I believe was the diagnosis - there are some specific things to look out for. It would have nice if the doctor that I went to see, and took off work for could have provided a written diagnosis, verbal reassurance, and guidance. If you are planning on seeing this doctor, make sure you get the information you need at the time of the visit.

Adult acne visit, he sat 2 feet away and never looked at my face close up. All he can do is write prescriptions, and recommend antibiotics. How does he know its acne, it could be fungus, or impetigo for all I know. He is educated but is not thorough at all. Also, he lacks knowledge about natural alternative. I have cysts, some of which have been on my face in the same spot for year and half.
