My eyeglasses falls right off my face..I have had them tighten so many times.there just to big for my face..

Moved to the area recently and needed to find a new eye doctor, I was very impressed with Triangle. The front desk staff was nice and efficient, the assistants were knowledgeable and fast with their tests, and Dr. Boykin was very personable and thorough - I was trying out a new brand of contact lenses and he made sure I was comfortable and happy with them before I left and even offered to allow me to bring unopened boxes back if my trial pair ended up not working out. During checkout I didn’t feel pressured whatsoever to purchase anything (I feel like normally offices are very adamant you buy contacts/glasses right that second no matter the cost or your budget, that is not the case here which is great!). They also take just about every payment method so that is also a plus!

The doctor was great but they screwed up my frame order, gave me the floor model as a fix, then never called me back to get brand new frames. I mean, I paid full price for new frames and were given used ones. They wouldn't give me a credit either. I'm not buying frames from them going forward.

I've been a customer for a long time and like the service I get from the staff there however on my last visit I was very disappointed to find out that they going to start changing me a 3% fee for using my credit card I will have to look into other eye places to get my exams and glasses with money being tight these days every penny counts. Hope they reconsider these charges.

I saw Dr. Beyer at Triangle Visions' Kildaire Farm & Cary Pkwy. location. He took great care to examine my eyes and was very thorough and explained all that he was doing. I have several eye conditions and he addressed every one of them and let me ask questions. He is a very good doctor and I'd recommend him, or any of the doctors at that location. Pam helped me select frames and let me try as many as I wanted, giving feedback and advice. She is careful and thoughtful. I chose frames that are "high-end" because I consider my eyeglasses to be a piece of jewelry; I get compliments all the time on my pretty glasses.The people behind the desk are friendly, upbeat and professional. I didn't have to wait long and the office is attractive and interesting.
