My son went to see this guy. He prescribed him two blood pressure medication and told him he had already had a heart attack. He was having chest pains and went to the ER. He has tried to call and left many messages for him to call him back about the medication. It has been two weeks and this so called doctor still hasn’t returned his calls.

THIS IS A VERY UNPROFFESIONAL HEALTH CENTER. MY HUSBAND AND I ASKED IF THEY TOOK MY INSURANCE BEFORE WE MADE AN APPOINTMENT. JUNE TOLD US BOTH THAT THEY DID TAKE CHAMPVA . THEY SENT ME THE BILL BECAUSE THE BILLING PERSON DID NOT KNOW HOW TO DO HER JOB. THEY HUNG UP ON THE CHAMP VA CLAIMS OFFICER WHEN I CALLED THEY HUNG UP ON ME. . THEY HAVE YET TO RECTIFY THE BILLING MATTER. I CALLED AND TRIED TO TELL JUNE WHAT WAS GOING ON ONLY TO HAVE HER TELL ME THIS WAS NOT HER DEPARTMENT AND THAT I HAD TO DEAL WITH BILLING WHO WILL NOT EVEN RETURN MY CALLS. I AM DONE WITH THIS PLACE AND LYING PEOPLE. THEY DID SO MANY OTHER UNPROFFESIONAL ACTIONS. MY ONLY OPTION NOW IT TO IS TO CONTACT THE N.C. DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE. I HAVE HAD ENOUGH. I TOLD THEM OF HOW THE OTHER HEALTH CENTER DID WICKED PRACTICES AND I DID NOT WANT TO GO THROUGH THAT AGAIN. THIS HEALTH CENTER IS JUST A WICKED. IF THEY DID NOT KNOW HOW TO HANDLE THE BILLING FOR CHAMP VA THEY SHOULD HAVE TOLD ME. I WOULD NEVER HAVE MADE THE APPOINTMENT
