I tried to make an appointment for my daughter about a month and a half ago. When I attempted to do this I was told that her medical records needed to be received before being able to schedule one. I understand that this is part of procedure for new patients. The serious problem that I ran into was how long it took for them to receive the medical records. I came in and filled out a release of information form and when I try to follow up they said they couldn’t get in touch with my daughters previous pediatrician to have the records sent over. Just now I tried to follow up once again and they said that the records were received on October 5 and would take 2 to 3 weeks to review by the doctor. I’m not sure what the issue is here but there needs to be a better system for dealing with new patients.All I can do now is try to make an appointment with another pediatrician.

Quality of care is not the problem here its the wait time. Whatever reviews are out there about the crazy wait time is true. We have been coming here since the birth of my child and every appointment that we have ever had has lasted for hours. This is just for normal things like vaccinations and yearly exams. We have been here for over an hour today and we are still sitting here waiting. I am a bit grossed out by the splatter on the wall in exam 1...sorry not sorry for bad review but changes need to be made.

My son has been going here since he was 5. He is now 16. We have never had 1 complaint with thear guys. Always willing to help and answer any question and do a great job of scheduling. Keep up the great work guys. Setting the standards. Thank you for taking care of our Zachary.
