Dr. Assar is an excellent physician. He is caring compassionate and has excellent bedside manner. He takes the time to listen to questions and concerns and will always work to find the answers. He doesn’t treat you like a patient, he treats you like family. So grateful to have such a great doctor in our community!

claims he never knew a patient was in the hospital (for a week!), finally waltzes in the day his patient gets discharged. Flat out lie as he is notified DAILY of which of his patients are hospitalized, which hospital and what room number they are in! Then claims info given by hospital is wrong. How would he know this if he ‘didn’t even know’ his patient was there or what procedures were done? Arrogant, self aggrandizing, patients simply mean money. Do not recommend!

Dr. Assar is one of the best Cardiologists around! He treats every patient almost as if they were like family. He doesn't rush through when he sees his patients. He takes his time and checks everything he thinks is necessary.
