The worst possible hospital you could take your children too!!! My daughter came in with 103 fever sit with the same high fever for 5 hours only reason they gave her fever medicine was because her fever went up. Not to mention they never looked in her ears or checked her mouth or anything!!! I had to take her to her family doctor and they discovered she now has a double EAR INFECTION!!!! If this hospital would have take the time to check her ears they would have known but instead they wanted to tell my daughter how dramatic she was because she was throwing up they are very unprofessional and act like they just don’t give a crap about the patients this hospital needs to be shut down for good!!!

My mom was taken here and it has been 24 hrs since we last got an update on her status. I’ve called every 3 hrs to get a update on her and have been told nurses are busy, doing rounds or shift changes but I should receive a call back. I can understand they may be overworked and short staffed however, I’m currently on hold waiting for someone to come back with a status for 2 hrs and counting and no one has responded. I have called from another phone and it says the ER line is busy. VERY UNACCEPTABLE

i came in for a miscarriage. my doctors office told me to go to the er. i sat in the waiting room for almost 5 hours. i wasn't triaged or anything until hour 2 of being there. when they finally called me back they put me in a room with several other people while i was having a MISCARRIAGE and refused to believe i was. then ordered multiple tests and refused to tell me what they were for and got mad when asked. i finally asked for them to just give me a form so i can leave after being there 6 hours. save yourself the trouble and never go here. we will be filing a complaint.

I was there Friday night-Saturday morn. They had me sitting in the lobby for over 3 hours with COVID19 symptoms.

Horrible service! ER room I wouldn't recommend to anyone, you should go to Annie Penn Hospital.

Do not take your children to this Emergency Department! Update on Katherine: She has a broken clavicle. We went to UNC Rockingham Healthcare ER on Saturday (30 minutes after a free standing cabinet fell on my 3 year old). She was complaining about her right neck and shoulder hurting. The doctor refused to do xrays, even though the xray machine was brought to the doorway by the nurse. My mom was there and asked about a possible broken collarbone and our concerns were dismissed. The doctor spent only a few minutes in the room. He had her lift her arms different ways and that was it. He said she will be better in about a week and to follow up with her regular doctor. This doctor is incompetent! Yesterday, her regular doctor could not believe an xray wasn't done at the ER and did one right away. I was in tears for my baby girl when I found out it was broken and will take 6 to 8 weeks to heal. I am horrified at the care we received at UNC Rockingham!

Worst ER ever. My fiance went there on 09/15/18, severe wheezing in her chest and a severe tooth infection in a tooth, Dr says she (might) have bronchitis, never did any exrays it anything, what it it's pneumonia? Hard to know without an exray, they did nothing for the infection in her mouth until we can get her into a dentist this week, didn't bother to even look where the infection is, guess they didn't learn in school that infections in your mouth can kill you. I'm calling a malpractice attorney Mon morning.

I had an amazing experience with the birthing center! The staff was great and really cared about me and my family. Special shout out to Rachel, Carla Ann, and especially Courtney who were so great to me during my stay. My gratitude to you all!
