Absolutely the best. My children and I have been going since they were born. Dr Howard delivered me 35 years ago and Erin is so understanding and down to earth. They are the BEST!!
Dr Thompson is new doctor and is great will be my family doctor from now on. Great staff.
Dr. Sasser has been my doctor for 30-31 years and we have a great patient/Dr relationship. I have recently had to see Dr. Williams and he has been a very nice, caring, concerned for the patients well being in my opinion. I don't recollect having had any major, bad experiences with staff or doctors in all the yrs I have been going here. All the PA's I've ever seen have been great except 1 and it's a Christian practice which is a plus.
Very poor front office staff. Rude. They never answer the phone. They have you call when arriving for appointment with infant and yet you can never check in because they don't answer the phone and then when you walk up/in you can see the front office staff just hanging out talking.. Bad staff!Don't waste your time here!!They were running 45mins behind on appointment and when I expressed my frustrations the nurse had the nerve to tell and catch a attitude with me and of course the doctor did not address the situation. In fact he told me to find another doctor.Worst doctor office ever.
This absolutely USED to be the best office hands down. But if you CHOOSE this pcp, just know they NEVER answer the phones, the girls in reception are mean as hell, you have to self diagnose your problems and treatment to follow, and you should also expect the worst treatment possible from these providers. Find a provider who will listen and treat. Not google your symptoms or ask you what YOU think the problem is. They’re all a joke.
Very clean. Waiting room set up for 6 ft apart . All staff are very nice. Wear mask.
I’ve been calling and visiting for MONTHS regarding mental health & therapy.. Been so strong daily trying not to let depression take over. But they’re not helping no matter how much i reach out, only keep offering you medicine medicine medicine..... When all I need is to talk to someone .. dr. office has definitely failed me. If I were any weaker than I am now, I wouldn’t even be alive! No thanks to them. I still haven’t received any help! Just called again.... Another FAIL!
PATHETIC!!!!! NO ONE WILL ANSWER THE PHONE IN THIS PLACE. IF YOU CAN'T TREAT YOUR PATIENTS ANY BETTER BEFORE WE ARRIVE, HOW CAN WE TRUST YOU AT ALL?????
When I try to call to make an appointment (on several occasions) they do not pick up the phone. I can understand that you may have someone on the other line, or may get busy... but it shouldn’t be this hard to get in touch with someone about getting an appointment. It’s ridiculous
Just awful woman was rude to me and acted like she didn't even care I was waiting on the phone for over 30 mins when I asked her why she said there is a meeting until two I was here at 1 I said shouldn't you let patients know this her response was "JESUS" and she walked away I've been a paiten here from the day I was borne and it has gone down hill

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
