Possibly the worst hospital I’ve ever been too. The bed side manner was awful to say the least. I’d sooner die than receive treatment for anything here.

The worst possible hospital you could take your children too!!! My daughter came in with 103 fever sit with the same high fever for 5 hours only reason they gave her fever medicine was because her fever went up. Not to mention they never looked in her ears or checked her mouth or anything!!! I had to take her to her family doctor and they discovered she now has a double EAR INFECTION!!!! If this hospital would have take the time to check her ears they would have known but instead they wanted to tell my daughter how dramatic she was because she was throwing up they are very unprofessional and act like they just don’t give a crap about the patients this hospital needs to be shut down for good!!!

Just had their van pull out right on a red light directly in front of traffick and break speed limit on King's Highway.. plate#FBD2157We all had to put on breaks to keep from broadsiding them.

Their care was excellent and everyone was courteous.

Just had my gaul blatter removed like to think all the nurses doctors and care workers on the 2nd floor great job everyone GOD BLESS YOU ALL THANKS AGAIN

A family member was brought into their ER over a day ago, where they remained waiting for a transfer overnight and into the following afternoon. During this time, I tried upwards of six times to get in contact with them. I was told on multiple occasions that I would receive a call from the nurse (I never did), once was put on hold and forgotten for over half an hour, and finally was told that they were not allowed to receive phone calls: this part is not surprising, as THEY HAD ALREADY BEEN TRANSFERRED to a different facility (which no one I spoke to was aware of). I only found out that the transfer had occurred by talking to a family member who was present when they were taken out of the building.In short, it is clear that this facility has severe organizational issues, to the point that they don't even know what patients are and are not currently in the hospital. The staff either don't care about whether people can contact or get information on their loved ones, or are completely incapable of providing it.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. especially not if your family member is on second floor . my mom was admitted there and I was aware that one of the nurses (she refuses to say who) told her that she should just cut her machines off and “off herself” . who says such things like that to patients ?? especially ones who suffer mental disorders/illnesses (she’s diagnosed BPD) and are very sensitive and often suicidal themselves . Our nurses should care for their patients and want to help them any way they can .**Shoutout to Karen , she’s been AMAZING to my mother and has always put my mama’s health before anything and anybody else in the room . **

The slowest hospital around north Carolina will let u bleed In the waiting room and won't help you

I have had pretty decent experiences previously here. However, upon arriving iI was already having to stop walking to go inside of hospital due to shortness of breath,. I explained all my symptoms Several times and it was like no one was listening. The triage nurse felt like she stabbed my brain from the covid swab I yelled out in horrible pain. I sat in the " isolation room" aka Chaplains room. It was an ice box. No blanket and was overlooked because they forgot where was. I felt I had pneumonia, and the x ray tech took a x-ray and they said no. Meanwhile, my breathing is getting worse. Lwer back in extreme pain every breath.No bloodwork drawn, no instructions except Tylenol and stay hydrated and ride it out. Very disappointed. 2 days later, I'm here at annie penn and after their x-ray. Yep. Covid pneumonia. I felt like I was dying at 4 am. I,would or could have died listening to Eden's hospital. No professional explanations or suggestions. I hope I never had to go there again,for anything life threatening. Detour to,Reidsvillr or Greensboro for covid related situations.

My mom is in there for the past 9 days and we haven't heard any thing from a dr. Only a PA But she really have not given us any news on our mom, Our dad is worry sick about her and we can't get any answers! They call to get permission to give her blood but would not tell us what was going on! Very disappointed in this Hospital!!
