First let me clarify the purpose of my visit with Dr. Mitrev was due to the fact I was Very Dissatisfied with another doctor, Dr. Rappaport of Tidewater Eye Centers. Dr. Mitrev was very welcoming, knowledgeable, and explained very clearly the severity of my current Glaucoma condition and the necessary steps he recommends to move forward with surgery for both cataract removal & Glaucoma procedure for my left eye. I feel very confident Dr. Mitrev has a very definitive Plan of Action for me as his patient!

I found out he has moved to Elizabeth City, NC. MY husband my son and I all three have been seeing Mitrev for several years and to our amazment we were never informed that he was moving out of Virginia. I also had a bill from them for visit on 4/09/13 and I cannot believe as I have been in his office in Chesapeake many times and nothing was ever mentioned about a $19.32 balance until this date 7/18/16 and threatening it will go to collections. I call this poor management. CaLLED AND NO REPLY.
