I have seen Dr. Ruiz since the summer of 2013 when I was diagnosed with stage 0 breast cancer. From the biopsy, surgery and all the follow up visits that I have had, I have found him to be consistently concerned, caring and he takes his time to answer any and all of your questions. He is so genuine that it is easy to put your total trust in him. I would recommend him to everyone. In my book, he's the best!

He read my screening mammogram. Never even called me. I found out my results were abnormal from the hospital calling me to make a follow-up diagnostic mammogram appointment, when I asked the appointment maker why she was calling me. I was completely confused. My sister is in the hospital dying of breast cancer right now and that's how I find out, from some poor lady just trying to schedule an appointment. His office has never called me back to explain. I still have no idea what's going on.

HORRIBLE He had me confused with another patient. He said I could not prove the mammograqm ruptured a cyst causing unbearable pain.He gave me ;ALEVE XXSTRENGTH. I went to ER the pain was just too much I thought I was having a heart attact.Thay gave me something for pain..6/14/16 back to Dr ruiz office he asked how the brace was working?I said who are you talking about?Then he asked how the tens machine was working AGAIN HE NEVER TALKED TO ME ABOUT A TENS MACHINE. I SAID I WAS DONE.

Dr. Ruiz is a wonderful doctor who is kind and always polite. He really cares about his patients. I would highly recommend him.
