This practice has really decreased in its dedication to serve and care for children. Dr. Robinson is truly a displeasing individual and shouldn’t practice medicine especially in a realm where children are involved. He has such a cold bedside manner and is impatient. He is robotic at best and I cringe every time he is the one that is working. We went in for my child’s test and he harshly requested that he not be kicked or thrown up on, which was a ridiculous and insulting request due to the nature of the test and the age of our child. My child is uncomfortable around him. The only bright spot at this practice is Dr. Henning, however her schedule limits her to only working on Wednesdays. By all means, seek medical care elsewhere if you cannot be seen by her. The office staff are incompetent at best and dismissive. The practice is truly a disappointment.

This place is a joke. The women in the front office are extremely rude and unprofessional. I've had numerous problems with "lost documentation" and "dropped calls." The only reason my children continue to go to this establishment is because of the wonderful doctors. Hopefully, they will eventually employ front office staff that can do their jobs without all the attitude.

Front desk Staff was nice, nurses were great. Waiting was a bit but they brought a book for my kid and apologized. No complaints.

Very hard to get child seen for a sick visit. Tried several times on different occasions and every time was told they didn't have a Doctor available.

We have been coming here since 2015. It has gotten worse every year and we have tried not to go. This year my kids are sick and we needed to go. I arrived on time and waited in a back room with my sick kids for over an hour and 20 minutes to be seen by the doctor. No one was in the sick side of the office when we arrived. Not sure if the management is lacking or the lack in Doctors or nurses? The office personnel are nice however, this will be the last time I come to this office. It will take less time to drive an hour to Virginia and wait.

I joined this office in 2019. It was great starting out but over the years I’ve noticed a decline. It seems as though they are over crowded and don’t have the time to properly fulfill everyone’s needs. Which can seem like they don’t care. When we are there they do a great job and get everything you need done but if you need a random appointment your basically out of luck. They have different doctors all the time. We need more offices here in EC. Idk if it’s just me but they don’t even alert you of upcoming appointments.
