We used to like them before they turned me away with sever flu saying that I need to make an appointment while everyone else came walk-in. They do not honor appointments. They do not care how sick you are and they do not care about you at all. I gave them a second chance and came with the flu - they misdiagnosed me and after that they refused to see me. Horrible customer service and I’m filing the complaint with HHS. They don’t have MDs, only NP. This place used to be good but not anymore. The manager Chris makes it the worst urgent care in Woodbridge. Very rude and indifferent personnel.

went in possible spider bite, paid my 65$ copay, the PA came in said looks like a spider bite, gave me antibiotic, said if not better in two weeks come back, or go to regular doctor. was not in room for five minutes, today I get another bill for 35$ for what my insurance did not cover, basically paid 100$ for less than 5 minutes of time, not even a doctor, go to med express or Augusta Medical.

I brought my 2 year old little boy in to the Harrisonburg location. he was inconsolable and just not feeling great. The staff brought him back immediately, gave us a diagnosis and the right medicine within 10 minutes. super quick and easy, and so patient with little ones. they even gave us a popsicle on the way out! can't recommend them more!

We visited the Velocity in Harrisonburg VA. My daughter had a migraine. We were treated very quickly. The PA was super great with her. It was a in and out visit. I would definitely recommend their service.

Thank you Velocity UC I’m Harrisonburg, Va. the Doctor was absolutely awesome, kind and patient with my daughter. She had something in her foot and he was great. Quick and efficient as well!!!
