Bladen County Hospital's Online Review Report Card

I fell through the floor hurt my bad and my the ankle I broke and they wanted to give me Tudor . Really you give tht to children not an adult tht broke their ankle and back hurting. I WILL NOT COME BACK TO THIS HOSPITAL EVER AGAIN.

I unfortunately had to make a visit to this ER. It was my first and will most definitely be my last. The nurse that was handling my room was great. She was helpful and explained everything she was doing. She was also friendly while remaining professional. I honestly can't say too much about the doctor as I only saw him for about 2 mins total. I did however come to the conclusion that he apparently has no knowledge of pain relief and needs to improve it or his attitude towards it. People should not be leaving the ER in the same condition they arrived in. I've seen it happen a few times with others and should have listened to their warnings. There were 2 nurses who watched my husband and I look for the way out and laughed instead of helping us. It's a shame these are the type of people who handle emergencies. When it's an emergency in my opinion and I have to leave one ER to go to another to receive proper care is absolutely ridiculous and doesn't make any sense. We would never use this ER again.

I was seen in the emergency room on the 24th. I came in by ambulance. I was treated very well from beginning to end. The nurses were extremely nice, and very compassionate. My doctor had orders placed for me before he seen me so they could get answers. He was seeing another patient at that time. He came in very shortly after. He was extremely prompt, and an absolutely phenomenal ER attending. He had a different approach than I was used to. I was actually fascinated by his approach. He was looking for more in-depth answers. Because of that I am aware of a few other things that I had not been aware of, two that could become very serious. It turns out the ER attending I had is a DO..they take more of a holistic approach. A huge thank you to you Dr. Syndergardd! There need to be more doctors like you in this world!!! I am so appreciative of the outstanding care I received..and the compassion that was shown;by ALL the staff that worked with me.

En ese hospital el personal no hacen el trabajo como profesional el doctor Marwan T. powers no fue nada profesional, Yo fuy con mucho dolor y sin hacerme laboratorios y ni siquiera un chequeo fisico y asi me diagnostico por algo que ni yo mismo tenia no estuve ni 10 min cuando ya tenia el alta. y Luego quieren cobrar un dineral por la miseria de cuidado que te dan en el hospital. No lo veo nada de bien yo perdi mi tiempo en llegar a ese hospital, deberían cambiar personal y poner gente profesional que puedan hacer su trabajo profesional son unos irresponsable y falta de profesionalidad. No lo recomiendo ni a mi peor enemigo ni el doctor , ni las enfermeras

Pretty much have nothing good to say. I had a stroke 3 years ago and I thank God that this was not the hospital I was carried to, I would have been dead if I had went there.

I've been in hospital twice & couldn't ask for more . Great Dr's, nurse's & staff . Prompt & very caring ,helpful& courteous. I recommend highly.

Been sitting here since 630 and nothing.. it's ridiculous that all the hospitals associated with cape fear valley are like this

My experience was top shelf. Anita, Susan, Candy and team, were amazing. It didn't feel like a hospital setting. You all were very patient, and kind. We felt the love !

My first visit to the ER. The staff was amazing and quickly took care of me. The facilities were clean. They transported me to Cape Fear Hospital for further tests which clearly showed that they’re diagnosis was correct.
