Absolutely horrible service. Was turned away from a booked appointment because the dr just did not feel like seeing me that day. This was all after taking time off of work and finding child care care. They could not careless. I would absolutely not recommend them for any services.

I was treated by Dr. Minotti today for a problem with my left ear. After explaining that the eardrum in that ear was extremely sensitive and any procedure is usually painful, Dr. Minotti very carefully treated me without causing any pain whatsoever. My ear problem was taken care of and I had the best experience ever with an ear treatment. He will be my ear, nose, or throat doctor from now on.

Dr. Minotti Jr is the very best ENT in NC, if not the nation, in my opinion. He was able to quickly solve the mystery of what was causing my daughter's various symptoms and did so with such compassion, knowledge & sincere desire to help her onto the road to recovery. Our family thanks God for leading us to this incredible physician. He is not only highly knowledgeable, but also compassionate, caring, patient, & genuinely invested in helping our daughter & us understand her condition. Excellent.

Dr Minotti is the best ENT Dr I have ever been to! The staff are all so friendly and Dr Minotti is the bomb! You don't find a Dr very much that will pray with you like Dr Minotti does! Love this place!

I have seen Dr. Minotti for several years. He also took my son's tonsils out many years ago. He is a kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable doctor. He is understanding and listens to what I have to say. I am very thankful for him and his great staff!

I recently had a tonsillectomy as an adult after several years of chronic tonsillitis. Dr. Minotti is very knowledgeable and compassionate. He spent a substantial amount of time explaining and preparing me for surgery and recovery. I had a successful surgery without complication and my pain was well-managed. I would not choose another ENT! He is the best around.

Worst Dr. Every no matters he tried to tell me what was wrong with everything else. Except discussing why I was . He was very rude I had no more answers than I did before I was there. The worse part he told me I need to go to God and get before Him and get control... I was like what just happen.....WORSE Experience every.....I will never step foot back in this office. You know it's bad when his nurse apologized. I left the office in tears cried all the way home.
