I came in this weekend with high blood pressure issues. The security guard checked me in, triage nurse took me right away, was assigned a room in ER and doctor came in with 10 mins, the doctor was great, said my BP medication needed to be changed for when it is real high, he even showed us the pics of his cute grandkids. We are fans of HCMH. I've been there twice for serious issues and had great care. Even tho we live in Wilkes, we drive extra miles to come to HCMH. Thanks for your caring service.

Dr Paul Garrison went to Express care in Dobson. He just wanted a Covid Flu RSV test. It was 1pm and they were closing at 2pm. We were told that they were not letting anyone else have an appointment. He said for Paul to go to back door to get the test. He went and nocked on the door for 5 minutes. No one would ever come to the door. So after 10 minutes he left and came back home sick. They refused to see him even though they were going to be open for another hour. Bad experience for a Hugh Chatham hospital Doctor employee to not even have anyone care enough to give him a test or see him. What kind of service is that for a doctor much less anyone else that needed something so simple as a test and no one cared enough to test him. I will copy and post this on Facebook for everyone to see the quality of care Dobson express care gives.

Dishonest organization. I was given an offer letter and told the contract would be coming soon every week when I checked in on the progress. This went on for an entire month. It turns out that they had actually offered the job to another candidate and did not have the courtesy to tell me that they had chosen to take a different path.

Had a terrible experience there when I took my 2 year old daughter who had a UTI. Prescribed her the incorrect medicine and thank the lord my daughter didn’t have a bad reaction to it because I would’ve ended this freaking place.

Undoubtedly the worst hospital I have ever been too. I have a lot of health problems and was not able to eat for 4 days due to throwing up. They would only give me nausea medicine just like the one I have at home amd if it would work then I wouldn't have had to go to get something different. I was bent over in Excreciating pain and they wouldn't give me so much as a Tylenol. I guess if I was a junky looking for dope or even had overdosed than maybe I could have gotten some help they are the most non caring bunch of people I have ever seen. I wouldn't trust them to trim a dead dogs toenails. All I can say is stay far far away from this place. What a huge joke

All I can say is outstanding service from all the staff. I had a hand and elbow surgery. My visit and stay were amazing from start to finish. I would recommend this hospital. 5 stars 🌟

I can't speak for everyone in the building but I am here to speak about SARAH in triage. Apparently when you come into the hospital by ambulance and ask why people that came in after you are being seen before you SARAH felt the best answer is "I guess you'll be seen when I get to you" If you have other options? I highly recommend exercising those options because SARAH in triage will have you sitting in the waiting room until she decides that you need to be seen. I'm telling everyone I can to save them from this type of treatment and I guarantee I'm not the only one with a complaint about SARAH. If you have problems at home or in life? You should not be projecting that on the people that come to that hospital for help. You should be locked away somewhere where people don't have to suffer you. And of course when you ask for a supervisor? Her answer was her supervisor isn't there. If you ask for a blanket because you are cold and shivering? Her answer was no. We had to insist to speak to another nurse and luckily she still had compassion and humanity remaining within her and gave us a blanket. We will never go to this hospital again, ever. I will be speaking to her supervisor today.
