My Mother is in a nursing facility. I have asked for him to call me 6 times with no response.

I went to Dr. Soos with pain in my chest and side after an accident at work. He put me through a number of tests that had nothing to do with the area of my pain and when worker's comp refused to do any more tests without a solid reason, he cut me off completely. He gave me a diagnosis that did not mesh with the pain I was having. When I questioned him on how my chest pain was related, he gave me very short, offensive answers in a rude tone of voice. And because of the debacle I went through with him, worker's comp refused to let me see an alternate doctor. It has been over a month since the accident and I am still in pain because this man was clearly just milking the worker's comp system with no consideration for the patient.
