PARDEE FM in Etowah was able to get a new patient appointment for my mom in two days. Dr. Taft was patient and thoughtful with a thorough medication review and addressed all our concerns. My mom adores her. The nursing staff responded immediately to my phone request to get my mom's new order faxed. Thanks-

Love Dr. Saft buuut the service here is absolutely horrible. have been treated here for about 4 years now for migraine head aches & have had no improvement. have called on multiple occasions and left several messages and MAYBE once had a call returned. Have never been seen on time & if i have an appointment here i never get out in under an hour & 15 minuets. very very poor service.

Called to schedule an appointment because of my cluster headaches. "Thank you for calling Pardee Family Medical, please hold." No problem. Three minutes later, click. I got disconnected. I didn't want to assume the worst, so I called back. I got forwarded to voicemail, left my number. I am now writing this review at 5:13 (they are closed). So I got hung up on. My brother told me he had the same experience too, so do yourself a favor and see a family doctor that actually gives a s--t.
