Had to wait more than two hours for my appointment. When I finally saw the doctor, he told me to manage my high blood pressure through diet and exercise and wouldn't prescribe medication. Was a really odd experience I've never had any place else.

Dr. Hamstead is possibly the best physician I have ever been in the care of. He takes time to explain all information, genuinely cares about his patients and thoroughly checks out all medical conditions that could be effecting them.

This is one of the best Dr. I have ever seen in my lifetime. He takes time with me at each visit. I never feel like he is doing a quick in and out visit with me. He is very thorough and concerned about my health. Wait times can be a little lengthy but well worth the wait in my opinion.

this Dr is a piece of trash. he cut me off of my diabteties med. blood thinners and pain meds right after I came out of my 20 plus hip replacement. He has not seen me at all.. while I'm in here

I moved :45 away, and I still go back to Dr. Hamstead. His expertise combined with his true caring spirit makes him one of the favorite doctors I have had. My occupation causes me to move every few years, so I have had numerous doctors over the years. I will keep him as long as I can.

A doctor that cares, no really, he cares. Dr. Hamsteads complete attention and bedside manner is way above the norm. You leave feeling like human being and not just another number in the system. If it matters to you that your doctor is paying attention I would highly recommend Dr. Hamstead.

Dr. Hamstead has been my doctor for 12 years. He is extremely kind, compassionate and truly cares about all his patients. He is an EXCELLENT diagnostian and referred me to specialist several times. Every time he told me what he thought the problem was it was always verified by testing done by the "specialist". I would highly recommend him to anyone! He has always done more for me than my arthritis doctor. Recently after the arthritis doctor did not resolve my back pain, I saw Dr. Hamstead and he scheduled me for an MRI which showed that I have one herniated disc and one bulging disc that is pressing on a nerve. The arthritis doctor just told me that it was arthritis and gave me pain pills, arthritis pills and muscles relaxers which did little to alleviate the pain (and he didn't even xray my back even after I told him I was in extreme pain!)The only reservation I have is the length of time spent waiting before getting to see him. I have waited from 1 to 3 hours and that was when I had a scheduled appointment. I have asked him how I could get a shorter wait time and I have started booking my appointment with him first thing in the morning-when his office opens the door! That has really speeded up the wait time. Last week it still took about 45 minutes from the time I arrived until I saw him.
