I've been coming here for over a year and every visit has been exceptional! The staff is helpful, efficient, and friendly, and I feel that they truly care about their patients. They are always patient with me and quick to answer any questions I have [no matter how trivial the question may seem] any time I go in for an appointment. The first few visits did take a little while as they needed to get my medical information and to work through trying different treatments/medicines. Now I mostly go for check ups - for these visits, they always get me in to see my doctor quickly and she is very good at making sure to take the time to actually listen and check in with me on how I'm doing with my medication. At the end of every visit they make sure I get a copy of my visit summary, and are very accommodating/considerate of my work schedule when they go to schedule my next appointment. The security guard during the afternoon shift is also great! Anytime it's dark out when I leave an appointment [during the winter months when it gets dark early] he offers to walk me out to my car to make sure I get there safely. Overall, wonderful experience every time I go in for an appointment!

This doctor “Tammy king” she is the most disrespectful and rude, and always be the worst ever. I had a family death and I was 11 years old when that happen and she cuss me out and threatened to hit me with her tissue and I couldn’t say anything cause my foster parent just sit there and don’t say anything Tammy king u are the most disgusting human being of all and I’m glad I will never see u again I hope u get fired and u treat people like dogs now I’m not well and u are disgusting never see u again and don’t cross my path again

This place is by far a joke. They constantly get appointments mixed up, never answer the phone, make patients feel beneath them and blatantly lie about patients to cover their own screw ups. I have contacted the state concerning the practices this office does.

Horrible service. It’s like no one works there during the day. When you call you cannot get in touch with anybody. I do not recommend this place. Doctors are always pushing your appointments back and never seeing you when they’re supposed to.

The one star is not to say that they do not have good doctors. The one star is for the lack of empathy that they have. The worst honestly...admin staff never seems friendly or are smiling. I was 7 minutes late which I had called about and was on the phone and since their grace period is only 5 minutes they refused to see me. This was for my psychiatrist...you would think that they would care more. One of my Bestfriends just passed away and you would think that they would care more but they do not. Honestly I will be looking for a new doctor.

I have been here 3 times nd ive never had a problem but once... That was wit my meds but as soon as i brought it to attention it was fixed... I have the best psychiatrist Mallory... Its convenient wit meds u get it right there... I dont have any insurance so this place is great... NO COMPLAINTS THIS WAY
