Worst place ever, doctor didn’t listen, dismissed me, telling me nothing wrong and why I came to see him and didn’t go back to my original doctor. When I ask him if I could get something for my ear pain he ask me what kind of pain medicine I want steroids opium what just let him???? I will never go there again. Worst place ever should’ve told me something when I came there and nobody was there. The tube I had in my left ear came out yesterday the one he said I don’t have in my ears. I even have prove to him it came out so don’t go there run run worst place ever they should close them.

Not impressed with my new doc. Didn't have time to do a 20 min tube install, but waited 30 min to get room to tell me that. I loved Sara she was good.will be shopping around.

I saw Dr. Frances. She was very nice and professional. She was pleasant and friendly and very good at explaining what she was doing.

My daughter saw Doctor Francis about her throat being soar all the time and ear ache.The doctor was very dismissive and said all she is able to do is administer allergy shots. Had she taken the time to actually help my daughter then we might not be needing an emergency tonsillectomy now. Don’t waste your time at this place!

I appreciate the convenience of meeting my surgeon at his satellite location however the office staff are unprofessional and need to be trained in customer service. You feel like you are a bother to them ever time you call and they are chasing rabbits.

I drove all the way to Fayetteville two times just for them to tell me the doctor is out, sick. I know things happen but the doctor is out sick for 2 appointments, unprofessional.

Absolute waist of time coming to this place. TODAY I was seen and was told that I had absolutely nothing wrong with my ear. I have had this itching and now soreness in my ear since Nov 2020. Jennifer looked in my ears and told me that there was nothing there. I did NOT feel comfortable or felt that I should let this go. SO I DID A WALK IN AT ANOTHER CLINIC AS SOON AS I LEFT THIS PLACE... I INDEED DID HAVE SOMETHING IN MY EAR AND IT EXTENDS FURTHER INSIDE OF MY CANAL!! I CAN NOT DESCRIBE HOW I AM FEELING RIGHT NOW..

Took my elderly mom there for a hearing test and then visit with the doctor, Jennifer Tartaglia. The doctor was short and rude to my mom when she asked questions. Won't be going back. The nurses and front office staff were ok though.
