List of Cape Fear Valley Internal Medicine's Reviews
I was not greeted nicely my first visit. The person at the window seemed agitated. My doctor is too abrasive and minimizes my concerns.
If I could give zero stars I definitely would. The staff are extremely rude and don’t care about the patients. My health issues make it so that it’s hard for me to physically get to my appointments. I requested several times for a telephone appointment and was told they don’t do them. I received a call from the nurse telling me I can no longer come to that office because of missed and canceled appointments and when I stated my health issues and the fact that I asked for telephone appointments and was told no her response was well who told you that. I asked if she could let me know where there might be another office affiliated that I can try to call and get seen her reply was for me to google it. A lot of the time The doctors are not the problem it’s the staff that work with them that are extremely insensitive and make you feel like you’re not worth their time. I feel staff should have to attend mandatory customer service training so that patients don’t have to deal with being treated wrong or deal with nasty attitudes. I would not recommend anyone that I care about to this office and I will also be filing a complaint so that this situation can be investigated and hopefully nobody else will have to feel the way I was made to feel.
This clinic let me run out of medication you're supposed to taper off of because the nurse team won't call back and help fix the issue. It caused problems, and in 5 days they still haven't attempted to answer or respond to messages left.
Cape Fear Valley Internal Medicine should be avoided at all costs by those who suffer from chronic conditions that may incapacitate or hospitalize that person. They have a strict, no give policy: if you don't cancel an appointment at least 24-hours in advance, it will mark against you. If you, do it four times, they kick you out of the service. The letter they send to tell you you're a selfish lowlife dirtbag says that I never called to cancel or reschedule. I rely on paratransit service, a public service to disabled citizens around Fayetteville. Sometimes there's a problem with the pickups. I also suffer from Chronic Pain Syndrome. A spinal injury has crushed a nerve root which causes excruciating pain, and I am completely unable to move. That's right! BOTH incidents will be marked against you. Now, you complain that you always call when you can't come in. In fact when you call and explain what happened, the staff puts on a sympathetic act, saying it's alright, they understand. However, they're still marking against. After you've been kicked out of their service THAT's when they say "HA! You undesirable piece of fecal matter! If you don't call 24 hours in advance, you're a no show! You didn't call to cancel. You didn't call to reschedule. Mwahahahahaha!!! I have your records! I've shoved in seven notes! Oh? You say you never received them? Well, your records say you have 15 no shows. 15 no reschedule. Want to keep complaining you insignificant piece of crap?"Of course, the conversation didn't go exactly like that. However, when the person explaining their no sympathy policy (she said it was explained to me, which is of course a lie, but she can show some signed card from the stack of paper shoved at you when you become a member of the Dr. Krishna crew. That's what they consider explained. I was transferred through three people, including Shondel, the manager of Appointments before reaching Leanne of the Front Desk) but when Leanne was talking about items in my file, I realized I have absolutely no idea what could be in there. Everything could be doctored if their filling it with explanatory papers that carefully explained a no-give policy (you could drop from a grievous injury. Emergency surgery! You almost die. But if you have 3 marks against you, you'll receive that vicious letter carefully explaining what an uncaring slime you are. Because since you didn't call 24 hours ahead, you inconvenienced Dr. Krishna, and they couldn't fill your spot with someone else. That no give policy is important because it reveals a lot about the practice itself. The simple fact they can say "It's okay" when you explain why you can't make it to the office all the while counting to the time, they can get rid of you. Someone I know who works as a Physician's Assistant in a New York orthopedic office, once explained that I'm the last type of patient a Primary Care Physician wants to see. I'm broken and I can't be fixed. I take up time and space. I once came with a list of things my Pain Management doctor wanted Dr. Krishna to me referred to. She promptly charged me with looking for things to be wrong with me. I was stunned. I tried to explain to her that Pain Management had examined me, and this is what they said I needed. She continued to insist I had a psychological problem. PM was likewise stunned but wasn't getting into a fight with her. Doctors, I say with exasperation! Swelling ankles and feet and a host of other problems popped up, but Dr. Krishna, who once said to me she was looking forward to retirement, was too tired to get involved. When I started with her, she was a great doctor. Not so much anymore. My apologies for the length, but in a nutshell, if you can't guarantee you can make every appointment and call a minimum of 24 hours ahead, don't come to this place. I would also make sure you look into your file every now and then.
Dr Wiglama is a great Dr. My wife and I both have been very happy with him and his staff. I’m not sure who the 1 star review is for, but for the person who left it, if you haven’t been to medical school you should probably listen to the Dr when he doesn’t agree with your self diagnoses.
He isn't a good dr. He's argumentative. And has a big ego.
He is not worth a 🔥 hoot. Everything you say. He disagrees. He's not a good dr

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
