I had to transfer my care here at 32 weeks. All the staff were very helpful and made the transition seamless. We had a fantastic experience with every staff member we met. I felt very cared for and would highly recommend this clinic to anyone. Thank you especially to Dr Moore, Dr Fehervari, Dr Shakespeare, Dr Sopiarz and Grace.
If I could give 0 stars I would. This place was highly recommended but I was never able to get in contact with anyone to schedule an appointment. I had called on 3 separate days. One time someone answered the phone and the immediately asked me to hold. I was put on hold for 25 minutes and then the line was disconnected. Each time I called after, the phone system said "this person is currently unavailable" and returned me to the previous recording over and over.
DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! i had a referral to come and be seen here for endometriosis and the door was locked during their office hours and continued to ignore me and my mother. each time i called to make an appointment no one would answer the phone at all. please be seen somewhere else because you will not receive the care you need.
This was my first time calling the clinic to ask questions regarding my mom and to help her set up an appointment. Firstly, they placed me on hold for a substantial amount of time. Later, another lady came back to the phone, and she was unprofessional, rude, and spoke in a ghetto accent. She proceeded to hang up on me because she wanted to ask a series of questions but instead, I was trying to get answers to my questions before setting the appointment. I wouldn't recommend using this clinic.
Came here for a postpartum check up after my first child. I showed up 15 minutes early, like asked, and waited another 1.5 hours to be seen. I was 4 weeks postpartum, and the only thing really discussed was birth control. I have no interest in taking birth control because I've never had good reactions and I didn't want it to affect my milk supply, but the Dr kept pushing it. I also had a really bad tear and the Dr only looked at it after I asked. They werent going to look otherwise, assuming "it must be fine, I'd know if it wasn't". I wasn't given any information on if I was cleared for intimacy or working out. The Dr ended with telling me to think about birth control options and come back in January for my birth control of choice. Terrible, terrible experience. I truly felt like just a number during my visit.
Can't even get anyone on the phone to make an appointment and when you do you have to wait months
I arrived 15 minutes early to my appointment like they ask. I am sitting for 30 minutes and haven't even gotten vitals done so I ask the front desk about getting seen. They clearly did not check me in for my appointment. She says that she left a note for the nurse. Now after an hour pasr my appointment they leave for lunch with me sitting there. And I was helped finally by the senior coordinator to come back later. Everytime I come here I am waiting at least 30 minutes even when they aren't busy. This is ridiculous at this point.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
