I am always treated with respect and dignity, even at times when my anxiety behavior is less than favorable. The team always accomplish my requests as fast as humanly possible and I have always been satisfied. The team in the office, who are the people that assist me on the phone, are definitely customer focused. I called to get my prescription qty changed and even though they have 72 hrs to reply they had it fixed the same day. Cape Fear Valley Pulmonary is a jewel in the Cape Fear Valley Medical System. Thank you all.

Was greeted kindly, promptly and professionally by the receptionist. The nurse, Kelly was professional and pleasant. Dr. Sarwar was pleasant, compassionate and thorough on my exam. My first time meeting him. In the past 4 years, I have been to 2 other pulmonologist in Fayetteville that lack bedside manner and were completely inept in their field despite positive google reviews on their website. Here, The assistant at check out was helpful. My RX was ready for pick up within the hour. Not all medical appointments have been as pleasant as this office. I was at the point of commuting to another city to find a pulmonologist but I will return here for a follow up.

Today I had the pleasure of having a PFT (pulmonary function test) by Tina. I have had several PFTs over the years and I have detested each. Today’s was different because of the caring and professional demeanor of my coach, Tina. She truly is a consummate care giver who makes a PFT almost enjoyable. Thank you ma’am to Tina.

This office is amazing from the moment you walk in all the way to checking out. Thank you all so very much. Great experience…had to go today 3-24 for a breathing test. It was done by Tina George. She was as great as the whole office. Thanks again.

Yes this office gets 5 stars from us. They were so kind, I was truly impressed with Marielle at front desk..she took time helping my mom to check in, our first time there so paper work was needed, she made sure my mom was checked in correctly..I immediately told my mom that I was writing a good review for this office. not knowing that all this kindness would be shown through out the office, Kelly was also wonderful & kind. Dr. Dave' was phenomenal..very informative..my mom was so pleased with Dr.Dave', he explained clear enough for her to understand.

Took my grandma here for her appt. The front desk personnel were extremely polite and helpful! Kudos to the young man at the front desk for being patient and explaining things for grandma to help ease her worries going into her appt. Kudos, Cape Fear!

So this place has really bad reviews and I can only speak on my own experiences so far but it’s been pretty good. Dr. Dave seems very attentive and knowledgeable. My visits thus far went well. Waiting on some test results but every time I’ve had to call the phone and my questions were answered. I would say so far everything had been done in a timely manor. I was very nervous having to come here at first but I’m fairly confident in the care I’m getting. I haven’t given five stars just because it would have to be an exceptional visit and I’m not finished being a patient here yet so will see what happens. It’s not an indication of lack of care.

I would like to give them 5 stars. I love Dr. Locklear and Rose Graham. I have a great relationship with Rose. I saw them a few months ago and was told that when I needed a refill on my prescription just to call them. I called them 9 days ago and I still don't have what I need to breath well. I have called 5 times, been to the pharmacy when the gentleman told me to have the pharmacist call them, and went down to the office today. He acts as if this is not important. I have received more than one story about it all. Nothing makes sense. It is very disturbing and frustrating!

I wish I could give no stars. But I called to try and get my son scheduled for an appointment because he was referred there and the guy who answered was rude. When I asked for more information because I didn't understand some things, he started to get an attitude. When the conversation ended, I said thank you for your help and he hung up on me. This is one of the reasons I do not like Cape Fear Valley Health System! They really need to do better and stop making people feel like they're wrong or annoying for wanting to better their health.
